Imagine that you are the Cultural Secretary of your college and the students of Drama group wish to practise their skit on Sunday at the College auditorium. Draft an E-mail in a proper format to be sent to the Principal of the college asking for permission for the same. Mention all the details of the practice session like total number of students, purpose of the skit, duration of the practice, etc.

We are the student of 12th standard wish to inform you that we are taking participation in the drama competition. For that purpose we need to practice on Sunday . Our drama group there are 12 boys and 8 girls and for that purpose we want to seek your permission so that we should practice there . Our class teacher wish to take the responsibility.
Please grant us the permission to use school auditorium for drama practice session on Sunday for 3 hours.
If you give permission we shall remain always highly oblige to you.
