Vishwakarma Jayanti Celebrates as Day of Vishwakarma Puja on Kanya Sankrants and is believed that the construction of Lord Krishna Dwarka was done by Vishwakarma. It is also belived that Indrapuri, Sudama puri, Indraprasth, Hastinapur, Lanka of Ravana’s also to be constructed by Lord Vishwakarma.

Vishwakarma was the first divine architect . In the memory of this divine day mechanics, constration workers worship idols of  Lord Vishwakarma and also worship their tools . It falls on September 17 in India .
