The name of the poem is ,’The Inchcape Rock’it is written by Robert Southey.

• The theme

It is the poem about for struggle between good and evil forces. Abbot of Aberbrothok placed a bell on the Inchcape Rock as a buoy to save the mariners from the shipwrecks. People blessed him , Ralph the Rover Ship-pirate could not bear it and he cut the bell. One day his own ship caught in the storm, lost the direction and crashed against the Inchcape Rock.
