How to make/form interview questions?
| 1)Use wh – questions for construction. For ex. Wh – word + Aux.Verb + Sub+main verb+……..? 2) For Rhetorical questions use construction AV + Sub+………? 3) Questions must be clear and grammatically correct. 4) Introductory questions should be framed in the beginnings. 5)Start with the basics Example: “Tell me about yourself?” 6)Inquire about interests 7)Inquire about qualifications 8)Goal based questions. 9) Closing Questions 10) Number of questions should be 8 to 10 |
