To forgive is divine
“To err is human”when man takes birth it is proved that he is not God . So he is destined to make mistakes. But it is not only the way of punishment which makes him to realise mistakes. The best example of forgiveness is that when Jesus’s Christ was holding for crucification at that time he said, ” Oh God!, these people do not know what they are going to do ?” There is nothing more beautiful example of forgiveness.

Punishment is the only way to restore (answer)
Forgiveness can work only in certain cases where the sensitivity of soul is alive but it does not work always .
If a murder and rapist will be forgiven what may happen. They think that they will be forgiven always. They have to be punished severely so that it does not repeat and society remains feel safe always.
